Orange Flower Creme
 
Serves 6
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 liter (2 c.) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 coffee spoons (tsps.) corn starch
  • 70-80 g (6-7 tbsp.) sugar
  • 1 coffee spoon (tsp.) orange blossom water

    Directions: Combine the milk, sugar, corn starch, and egg in a pan over low heat. Heat and stir for 10 minutes. Add the orange blossom water and continue to stir until the mixture thickens slightly. Let cool and serve over sponge or pound cake.
