Irish Coffee
Serves 1
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup of hot coffee
4 cl (1 1/2 oz.) Irish whiskey
2 soup spoons (tbsps.) whipped cream
2 coffee spoons (tsps.) sugar
Directions:
Whip the cream. Pour the hot coffee in a mug or beaker. Add the sugar and stir slightly to dissolve. Add the whiskey and place a dollop of cream on top carefully to avoid mixing the cream and coffee. Serve immediately.
