Molten Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
  • 120 grams (4 oz.) of dark chocolate + 8 small squares reserved
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g (7 tbsp.) of sugar
  • 35 g (2 1/2 tbsp.) of butter
  • 1 soup spoon (1 tbsp.) flour

    Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (210 degrees C). In a saucepan, heat the chocolate with the butter, stirring regularly to form a smooth consistency. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and flour. Add the chocolate preparation and mix well. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into 4 individual souffles. Place two squares of chocolate in each of the souffles, then cover the squares with the remainder of the batter. Bake the souffles for approximately 12 minutes, careful not to overcook them. Serve immediately or let cool slightly.
