In the realm of companies with longevity, France may hold the record. Surprisingly, there are hundreds of them which have still not made it to our shores.  Pillivuyt USA, under the advocacy of our parent company, Pillivuyt France, is making it our mission to give some of these companies a chance to find a place in the US market, giving us access to some very high quality lines that are well-known and respected in France, but haven't been offered to the US consumer in many corners of our country.  For the most part, these are companies who have continued to produce in France.

 

 

Nogent Three-Stars is a prime example of a company that US consumers need to get to know.  This factory was established in 1923 and their products are in nearly every household in France.  Nogent produces high quality knives and utensils and has invented an exclusive technology called Affidente - their special micro-serration process that results in serrated knives that cut smoothly without tearing and NEVER NEED TO BE SHARPENED.  Look for the new Profile Line on websites and in stores starting in March.
